Description

Liver diseases such as hepatitis, fatty hepatosis, and cirrhosis are often asymptomatic in the early stages and may go undetected. Blood tests can detect liver disorders even before the onset of obvious symptoms, which makes it possible for timely diagnosis and treatment.

Liver function tests are used for routine check-ups and prevention, especially in people at high risk of developing diseases: overweight, frequent alcohol consumption, viral hepatitis or hereditary predisposition.
